Driven by a passion for excellence, Marcus obtained his license and continuously expands his knowledge through classes. He ensures top-notch service for clients while fostering a supportive workplace environment.

Outside of work, Marcus treasures time with his two grandchildren, reflecting his commitment to family values. As he leads Prescott Flooring Brokers, Marcus's story embodies the importance of family, tradition, and unwavering dedication.

Jennifer – Owner

Jennifer Swadener, originally from California and now residing in Arizona for 15 years, boasts three decades of sales experience. Specializing in flooring, she's owned her own business and played a vital role in Prescott Flooring Brokers, a family-run enterprise. Her dedication to both business and family is evident, with one child and a stepdaughter joining the flooring industry, while two others serve in the US Air Force. Adam – Project Manager

Adam Engwall, a native of Arizona, dedicated many years to the beer distribution industry in Phoenix, supporting his family along the way.
